This involved extensive process reengineering, deployment of automation technologies along with workflow and case management tools. This ensured that the redesigned target operating model functioned effectively and efficiently.

This resulted in 75% reduction in risk assessment time and payment accuracy increased to 99.5%+ levels. This helped NPS move from +31 to +45 with 25% reduction in cost to serve
