Jayanta Lahiri

Jayanta has over 30 years of global experience in tech, outsourcing, and consulting, excelling in driving large-scale digital transformations, technology strategies, and roadmaps. He's held key CXO/CIO/CTO roles at Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, AXA-Technologies, Firstsource, and Startek.

Jayanta has led multiple advisory, transformation and consulting roles in diverse technology areas such as multi-cloud migration, global contact centers, application modernization, AI, analytics, automation, and cybersecurity to empower business growth, innovation, and resilience for global fortune 500 clients and consulting partners.

Vid is a change agent to help organizations drive technology transformation with measurable benefits. With a proven record successfully delivering technology consulting projects and as the former CTO of Accenture’s IT organization, he brings a broad perspective in all facets of the IT lifecycle - business case development, architecture, implementation, deployment and operations. 

After 27 years at Accenture, Vid has spent the past six years conducting over 250 IT due diligence projects for private equity firms and performing IT strategy and transformation planning for companies in various industries.
Vid Byanna

Chief Advisor - Americas (USA, Canada and Latam)

Vid is a change agent to help organizations drive technology transformation with measurable benefits. With a proven record successfully delivering technology consulting projects and as the former CTO of Accenture’s IT organization, he brings a broad perspective in all facets of the IT lifecycle - business case development, architecture, implementation, deployment and operations.

After 27 years at Accenture, Vid has spent the past six years conducting over 250 IT due diligence projects for private equity firms and performing IT strategy and transformation planning for companies in various industries.

Tim has experience leading IT organizations on the customer side and managing global P&Ls on the vendor side. Tim's experience includes Executive Management positions at GE, Stanley, Cigna, Satyam, Virtusa, and CIBER.

As CIO of GE’s Equipment Division Tim managed IT for a globally diverse set of businesses. Under contract as MD, he led the startup Directlink Technologies Outsourcing & Hosting Services in Reading, PA. Tim also established and operationalized Cigna's Global Outsourcing Program with Indian IT Services partners. At Satyam, Tim drove double-digit year-over-year growth in the global Insurance and Healthcare outsourcing business. At Virtusa he established a Global Managed Services Business, and at CIBER Tim led the transformation of a 6,800-person staffing organization into a global outsourcing and projects business. 

Tim has a BS in IT from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and an Executive MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Subin is a contact centre and IT Services industry expert with over 25 years of global experience with 15 years in a leadership role. He has worked across BFSI and Telcom domain with rich experience in working with multicultural resources and managing large set up in terms of team size & across geographies. 

He has multi-functional experience in areas of contact centre solutioning, IT Service Management, Customer lifecycle Management, Offshore NOC projects and Stakeholder Management
